What is the Espresso Martino cocktail recipe?

Seeplips range does make some next-level zero ABV cocktails. The Espresso Martino recipe is simple from an ingredients perspective but makes for a great counterpart to its alcoholic cousin. The key to success with the Espresso Martini recipe is a high-quality espresso to give the Seedlip something to tango with. We used a great coffee from the Jericho Coffee Traders which worked really well. Any coffee will do providing it is made with love.

How To Make The Espresso Martino Recipe

Ingredients

50ml Seedlip Spice 94

50ml Quality Espresso

15ml Sugar Syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Give a hard shake for 10 seconds for a great foam. Strain into a chilled coup or martini glass.

Garnish with three coffee beans.

The alcoholic version takes so much body and depth of flavour from the vodka and coffee liqueur we were sceptical it would be possible to recreate it in a non-alcoholic serve.
