What is the Orchard Sour cocktail recipe?
This Orchard Sour recipe is a beaut non-alcoholic serve from 0% spirit pioneers Seedlip. Made using Seedlip Garden 108, this cocktail blends the pear and lemon to great effect to create a refreshing well-balanced sour cocktail served straight up. As with all classic sour recipes, egg white is used to give the cocktail a delicious body and mouthfeel that’s really hard to replicate. However, if egg whites in cocktails aren’t your thing (we hear you) then there are lots of great vegan foaming bitters on the market such as Ms Betters Foaming Bitters.
So if you want something that has a light fruity taste with a herbal undertone then the Orchard Sour recipe is one to try.

Why We Love The Orchard Sour
The zero abv trend is a big one and arguably Seedlip created the no/low category with their pioneering launch in 2015. The Orchard Sour is a great example of how good a zero abv cocktail can taste and to be honest it’s tricky to tell you are not actually drinking alcohol (which is a great sign!)
