What Is The Shepherd’s Delight?

The Shepherd’s Delight is a stunning cocktail from our October cocktail club box. A signature serve from Isle of Skye Distillers featuring their delicious Misty Isle Gin, this cocktail is crisp, light and refreshing.

Shepherd’s Delight Recipe

Ingredients

35ml Misty Isle Gin

10ml Strawberry Liqueur

15ml Elderflower Liqueur

100ml Lemonade

Method

Add all the ingredients except the lemonade to a cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a hiball glass filled with cubed ice and top up with lemonade. Garnish and enjoy!
