What is the Tea Thyme Flip cocktail recipe?

This little beauty is from Instagrammer/Bartender Sideshow Pete. Instagram has been a hotbed for home bartending talent over the years and some of the cocktails coming off the platform are really rather good. The Tea Thyme Flip blends tea infused vodka, lemon and honey before being garnished with aromatic thyme.

How to make the Spiced Mai Tai cocktail recipe

Ingredients

50ml Sweet Tea Vodka (try Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka or make your own!)
25ml Lemon Juice
125ml Honey Syrup
1 Egg White

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, top with cubed ice and shake for ten seconds. Strain into a coup or martini glass and garnish.

Garnish

Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
