The Strawberry & Black Pepper Spritz is an original cocktail created by The Cocktail Society.

The cocktail blends Black Cow Vodka, House Strawberry & Black Peppery Syrup, and Lime Juice & topped with Canvino Sparkling Wine.

It’s a citrusy cocktail, that works perfectly in harmony with the classic combo of strawberry and peppercorn.

Black Cow Vodka is a premium spirit thats distilled using cows milk. The result, a super smooth vodka thats perfect for making cocktails.

We paired this with a house made Strawberry & Black Pepper Syrup, a flavour combination that is absolutely delicious.

How to make the Strawberry & Black Pepper Spritz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

25ml Black Cow Vodka

20ml House Strawberry & Black Pepper Syrup

20ml Lime Juice

Top With Canvino Sparkling Wine (approx 75ml)

Method

First, take a small wine glass, add cubed ice and blend all of the ingredients except the wine. Stir to combine.

Top with sparkling wine.

Finally, garnish with a few strawberry slices.
