The Old Fashioned has long been one of the world’s favourite cocktails. This delicious take on the classic blends Crusty Juggler Pineapple Rum, Pedro Ximenez Sherry (which is a sweet desert sherry) and bitters.

How to make the Pineapple Old Fashioned cocktail recipe

Ingredients

50ml Crusty Juggler Pineapple Rum

1 barspoon (1/2 teaspoon) Pedro Ximenez sherry

6 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method

Add the Rum, sherry and bitters to a mixing jug. Add a scoop of ice and stir for 10 seconds

Pour, into a tumbler glass over a giant ice cube and garnish with a bourbon cherry.
