The Pineapple Express is so good. Tiki and eminently quaffable…it looks stunning too. If you like rum definitely give this a bash. No coconut rum? Swap it out for regular rum.

How to make the Pineapple Express cocktail recipe

Ingredients

50ml Aluna Coconut Rum
20ml Triple Sec
70ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
2 Dash Tiki Bitter

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, top with cubed ice and shake for ten seconds. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Crown the glass with some crushed ice if you have it and garnish.

Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves
