The July Cocktail Club Unboxing

The Cocktail Society’s July cocktail club box was a celebration of all things summer. The box featured a variety of beautiful drinks and snacks, including El Recurdo Mezcal and Plantation Pineapple Stiggins Fancy. There were also a number of delicious snacks including Made For Drink Truffle Crisps!

The cocktails in the July box were all designed to be refreshing and easy to make. One of the standouts was the Mezcal Picante, which featured El Recurdo Mezcal, agave and lime juice. Another popular cocktail was the Sun Bird, which was made with Plantation Pineapple Stiggins Fancy, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

The July cocktail club box was a great way to enjoy summer cocktails at home. The high-quality ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes made it a perfect choice for both experienced and novice cocktail makers.

Mezcal Picante

The Mezcal Picante is a creation based on the modern classic Soho House Picante for our July Cocktail Club Box!

We’ve decided to bring some spice to the table by infusing El Recuerdo Mezcal with chilli and coriander to give you all of the Mexican vibes. This cocktail has a delicious smoky taste which is perfectly paired with the lime juice and the tropical sweetness of the Agave.

Sun Bird

The Sun Bird is a house creation for our July Cocktail Club Box!

The cocktail blends Plantation Pineapple Stiggins Fancy Rum, our house Aperol Sundown Infusion*, lime and pineapple juice.

Plantation Pineapple Stiggins Fancy Rum is a stunning expression of rum with a stunning bouquet of pineapple. We have paired it with complementary flavours of pineapple and our own Aperol Infusion*

Plantation Rum is available in a wide range of retailers including Waitrose, Harvey Nicols, Amazon and Master Of Malt. It’s also of course available directly on their website here.

Apricot & Cucumber Smash

Our July limited edition cocktails are summer in a bottle. The Apricot & Cucumber Smash is a fresh and fruity cocktail blended with gin, apricot liqueur, cucumber-infused syrup and lemon. Intensely delicious, it’s an absolute beaut of a cocktail, perfect for sundowners (if you are lucky enough to find any sun!)

Summer Daiquiri

All the summer fruits make an appearance in this finely balanced rum daiquiri, with infused strawberry, creme de mure, raspberry syrup and citrus. A sour kick is tempered dreamily by a full bouquet of summer fruit. To say it’s moreish is an understatement.

A delicious, sparkling blend of Japanese sake, and all-natural fruit and botanical flavours. Sake Sling also recently won the worlds best canned cocktail…and its obvious why as our members and the team absolutely love them!
