What is the Summer Breeze cocktail recipe?

The Summer Breeze is a house creation for our June 2023 Cocktail Club Box!

The cocktail blends Slingsby Gooseberry Gin, Elderflower Syrup and Lemon Juice & Raspberry + Orange Blossom Soda.

Slingsby Gooseberry Gin is a stunning premium gin with the balanced tart flavour of gooseberry. We have paired it with complementary summer flavours of elderflower and raspberry for the ultimate summer cooler.

How to make the Summer Breeze cocktail recipe

Ingredients

50ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

20ml Elderflower Syrup

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

100ml Raspberry & Orange Blossom Soda

Method

Get a highball glass and add 20ml William Fox Elderflower Syrup, 25ml Lemon Juice and 50ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin to your glass, add ice then top with 100ml raspberry & orange blossom soda.

Stir for 10 seconds to combine the ingredients.
