October 2023 Cocktail Club Unboxing

Our October 2023 cocktail club box was definitely one of our best yet. Featuring a variety of delicious drinks and snacks, including Isle of Skye Distillers, Thunder Drinks, The Drinks Bureau, and more.

We always like to make sure our DIY cocktail recipes are easy to make without compromising on that bar-quality flavour. The Shepherds Delight and Toffee Apple recipes were both introduced to us by the brands and they tick all of our boxes! The high-quality ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes made our October club box a perfect choice for both experienced and novice cocktail makers.

Shepherds Delight

The Shepherd’s Delight is a stunning cocktail from our October cocktail club box. A signature serve from Isle of Skye Distillers featuring their delicious Misty Isle Gin, this cocktail is crisp, light and refreshing.

Isle of Skye Distillers is an independent, family-run craft spirit business and proud creators of the multi-award-winning Misty Isle Gins and Misty Isle Vodka. Their range of premium gins are handcrafted and distilled to perfection, using only the finest foraged botanicals and the local spring waters from the Storr Lochs.

Toffee Apple

The Toffee Apple is a fantastic cocktail from our October cocktail club box. A signature serve from Thunder Drinks featuring their delicious Thunder Toffee Vodka, this cocktail is sweet, fruity and flavourful. The creator and founder of Thunder Vodka, was the bar manager at the famous G-Jays bar, nestled directly at the base of the slopes in Val d’Isère.  It was here that he perfected his craft, and G-Jays became widely credited with having the ‘best toffee vodka in town’.

Limited Edition Bottled Cocktails

Spirit of Skye

To create the Spirit of Skye, we took Isle of Skye Distillers Misty Isle Salty & Sweet Gin and combined it with grapefruit juice and a combined blueberry & thyme syrup. This limited edition bottled cocktail is the perfect balance of botanical and fruity flavours.

Rhubarb & Ginger Snap

Featuring the Thunder Rhubarb Vodka from Thunder Drinks, this limited edition is sweet in smell and taste, and has a beautiful subtle ginger undertone. We infused vodka with ginger for 24 hours in-house and combined it with the Thunder Rhubarb Vodka, and rhubarb syrup to create this perfect punchy yet moreish cocktail.

The Drinks Bureau

Our ready-to-drink cocktail from our October club box was the fabulous Spicy Margarita from The Drinks Bureau. Their award-winning spicy marg features a tasty mix of tequila, lime, agave syrup and chilli. This margarita is a fabulous bar-quality fiesta in a can, and we can’t get enough of it!

Tasty Mates

Our first snack in the club box was the perfectly fruity Pear Crumble sweets from Tasty Mates. They are the tastiest gourmet gummy sweets about… Bursting with both flavour and personality! These sweets are bursting with Pear Crumble dessert flavour with an explosion of flavours when you take a bite.

Noisy Snacks

Our second snack was the delicious Chip Shop Curry Chickpeas from Noisy Snacks. These moreish snacks are packed with protein, low in calories and bursting with delicious, mild curry flavour. What more could you want?!

Mystery Gift

Quila Tequila

The insanely good Quila Pink Grapefruit from Quila Tequila was included as the mystery gift in our October club boxes. Winning a Spirits Business silver award before they had even officially launched, this RTD is full of next level flavour. Developed by their team in the UK, they bring the warmth of the agave from the Orendain family, Jalisco, Mexico, and combine it with tasty, honest ingredients.
