Sip cocktails in beautiful surroundings at this Spanish inspired bar. The drinks menu is extensive, but the passionate staff give great recommendations of what to go for. Not only are the cocktails amazing, the Tapa’s are just as impressive.

The Rummer

A pioneer of the Bristol cocktail scene, with multiple awards – the venue has well over 500 premium gins, rums and whisky to try. It has a great laid back, relaxed vibe, with a large log fire and comfy sofas. You might also be interested to know that Bristol’s newest gin distillery is located in the basement. This bar ticks all of the boxes.
