Their extensive menu includes classic cocktails as well as great non-alcoholic options. The bar covers two floors with an outdoor area overlooking the waterfront which creates an all around vibrant atmosphere.

Revolución de Cuba

A Cuban inspired paradise found in the heart of Bristol. At Revolución de Cuba you will find live music, samba girls and tiki classics. Their rum-inspired cocktail menu brings bold, vibrant flavours and giant twists on classic cocktails – that are as easy on the eye as they are to drink.

The venue is filled with tropical plants and the colours of Latin America creating a sense of escapism in a fiesta atmosphere. The bar has amazing waterside views with an open fire pit, the perfect set up to enjoy Instagram-worthy cocktails.

A contemporary take on the classic speakeasy, this NYC inspired cocktail bar transports you back into the 1920’s. The venue is embellished with Prohibition posters, vintage light shades and exposed brickwork yet, is still modern and classy, with a fun atmosphere.

Their menu has over 90 cocktails to choose from made with locally sourced fruits and botanicals; including their speciality CBD infused connotations. What puts this family-run bar at the top of the list is the live music – supporting both local and international musicians, it really makes the night.

Brozen Bar

“Outstanding service – amazing cocktails and perfect atmosphere!”

Sip cocktails in beautiful surroundings at this Spanish inspired bar. The drinks menu is extensive, but the passionate staff give great recommendations of what to go for. Not only are the cocktails amazing, the Tapa’s are just as impressive.

If Sherry is your tipple of choice they have a wonderful selection, and if not, Bar 44 might just change your mind on that. There’s a great buzz and ambience, so if you enjoy high-end top ingredients from Spain, you’ll love it here.

The Florist

A pretty boutique style venue full of floral displays with an extensive cocktail menu that does not disappoint.

This botanical themed bar is situated in an interesting Victorian building with modern twists. Offering live music and a fresh vibe over three storeys, The Florist fulfils all of your Instagram-worthy cocktail needs.

The Rummer

All Saints Lane, BS1 1JH

“Just the best cocktails in Bristol”

The Rummer is not only one of Bristol’s best bars but is also and micro-distillery found in the oldest part of the city. A pioneer of the Bristol cocktail scene, with multiple awards – the venue has well over 500 premium gins, rums and whisky to try. The cocktail menu is varied with a few takes on the classics which are exceptional.

It has a great laid back, relaxed vibe, with a large log fire and comfy sofas. You might also be interested to know that Bristol’s newest gin distillery is located in the basement. This bar ticks all of the boxes.

The Gold Bar

Find classic cocktails with a contemporary twist, surrounding retro furnishings and quirky artwork in this beautiful building. The mixologists are welcoming and passionate – there’s nothing better than getting a sense that they are proud of what they do and where they work!

The Gold Bar goes above and beyond to serve you what you want even if it’s not on the menu. Great for a chilled night, a romantic night or for a classy catch up with friends; they even sell cigars.

Loose Cannon

A unique craft cocktail bar that stands out for its drinks based on pop culture and political references. The drinks here are next level, with so many to choose from. High-quality and inventive, with crazy garnishes and even crazier names.

The decor is quirky, the music is chilled and the staff are welcoming. Found in the heart of the Harbourside, Loose Cannon is one to brag about to your friends.

Kick your night off in style and let your imagination run riot with this crazy, unique cocktail menu, inspired by science. These exciting cocktails are made from ingredients collected from all over the world and allow the bartenders to push the boundaries of molecular mixology.
