This month sees us celebrate International Margarita Day and that means one thing – TEQUILA! We’re huge fans of the Mexican delight and we hope you love our DIY twist on the classic cocktail.

DIY Cocktails

Cucumber & Chilli Tommys Margarita 

Tequila is a big new trend and this month we have teamed up with Rooster Rojo Tequila to bring you their Reposado expression. Infused with cucumber in house and paired with William Fox’s Extra Spicy Chilli Syrup, we’re sure you’ll love this adaptation!

These fine tequilas are made as they should be – with premium 100% Blue Weber Agave. Rooster Rojo Tequila is blended with water filtered through Mexican silver to offer a notably smooth flavour profile. This spirit is made in the heart of Tequila, in Mexico, the town which lends its name to this category. Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila is aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels.

Red Rumba 

Working with Skylark Spirits & Montanya Rum on this, using their Exclusiva expression, we have created a bespoke cocktail using Acai Juice that we think is an absolute winner. Blending the vanilla notes of Montanya’s delicious rum, subtle sweetness of the Acai berry and a dash of bitters this is one recipe you’ll want to recreate over and over!

Spicy Grapefruit Margarita & The Wine & Dine 500ml Bottled Cocktails

Our members are spoilt for choice with these two fantastic member exclusive limited edition flavours in our first cocktail discovery box of the year 2023!

Our first bottled cocktail is the Spicy Grapefruit Margarita, which will help us celebrate Margarita Day further! It is a refreshing and invigorating drink that is sure to satisfy any craving for something sweet, sour, and spicy all in one. Sounds perfect to us!

If the margarita isn’t to your liking, the alternative is the Wine & Dine. This unique blend of rum and chocolate wine is something you definitely haven’t tried before but trust me, you really should. The result is a luxurious treat that is perfect for sipping after dinner.

Ready to Drink Cocktail of the Month

Burning Barn Spiced Rum & Cola 

A good friend of the Society, Burning Barn are returning with their classic, yet brilliant, Spiced Rum & Cola RTD can. Pair it was plenty of ice and a slice of orange and this will be your new go-to RTD for those long train journeys or nights on the sofa.

February ‘s Snacks

Forest Feast 

Fancy an indulgent night in? Our cocktails will get you started on the right path and these delicious dark chocolate almonds will enhance that experience even more! The superbly rich dark chocolate goes extremely well with any cocktail and we’re sure you’ll agree. Hats off to you Forest Feast!

 Insane Grain 

Think Nik Naks but BETTER! These baked crisps come in a variety of flavours (the truffle ones are unbelievable!) and will be sure to tease your tastebuds. That perfect salty snack to accompany any drink. Insane grain have smashed it with these and we can’t wait to work with them again.

Free Gift

Tios Drinks  

A marvellous twist on a Margarita from the team at Tios Drinks . A subtle orange flavour to make up for the missing triple sec works a treat and brings a lovely fresh taste alongside the acidity of lime. This Tea-quila cocktail is hands down a favourite here and I think we’ll be seeing them again!
