Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients

50ml Golden Rum
70ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
2 Lime Wedges

Method

Squeeze 2 lime wedges into a cocktail shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake hard and strain into a highball glass with cubed ice.

Garnish

Pineapple Leaf and a Maraschino Cherry.

Pro Tip

An easy variation of the shaken Pina Colada recipe is a blended one. Simply add an ice scoop (1 cup) of crushed ice to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. If you want to give it some additional pizazz then add some fresh pineapple chunks. Blend up and serve.
