How to make the Komorebi Cocktail Recipe


50ml Gin

50ml Lychee Juice

25ml Rose Syrup (easy to make or you can buy it online – see tip below)

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice


Add all ingredients to a shaker.

Fill with ice, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Strain the mix into a martini glass.

Garnish with an edible flower or an Orange twist.

Quick Tip

Rose syrup is super easy to make. It’s essentially rose water, sugar and distilled water, boiled down and cooled. What’s even less challenging is just buying some Rose Syrup online.

What Gin Shall I Use In The Komorebi Recipe?

The original is blended with Warners Dry Gin, although most gins will work – particularly floral gins. Avoid any juniper-heavy gins as the cocktail has a delicate flavour.
