TELL US ABOUT THE GARDEN OF EDEN MOCKTAIL

The Garden Of Eden is a mocktail recipe (non-alcoholic) created in house by our team at The Cocktail Society. The trend for low abv or non-alcoholic cocktails is continuing to gather pace so we make mocktails and zero abv serves a core part of our cocktail creation process. The Garden Of Eden comes from a cocktail menu we created called Botanical and it is used extensively by our sister company The Cocktail Service at high profile events all over the world.

This tasty mocktail recipe is the ideal refresher for when you are looking to avoid drinking alcohol. The mocktail recipe focuses on bitter and sour notes that are balanced by the floral hibiscus syrup. It’s then lengthed with a good splash of soda creating the perfect summer drink.

EXPERT TIP

Try experimenting with unusual syrups and cordials. There are so many unique syrups available to buy, or if you have advanced your cocktail making to higher echelons, then why not make your own syrups? If you want to shortcut, we love the Hibiscus Syrup from William Fox (in fact they have a pretty awesome range of syrups to take your mocktails to the next level)

If you want to learn more about making your own syrups then keep your eyes on The Clubhouse where we have loads of handy articles and how-to guides on taking your cocktail making up a notch.

DID YOU KNOW

At The Cocktail Society, we think the key to a good mocktail is balance and body. Create non-alcoholic cocktails with flavours you love but try and add body and complexity with sweet, sour and bitter flavours. This will give your drinks more body and make you forget you are not drinking alcohol.
