The Foamie is a cocktail created by the team at Rooster Rojo Tequila and is one of their signature serves. The cocktail is a blend of vegetal and tropical flavours with a citrus finish served up in a delicious Nick & Nora glass.

How to Make the Foamie Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

60ml Rooster Rojo Smoked Pineapple Tequila

40ml Fresh Lemon Juice

25ml Agave Syrup (optional – infuse with Timut Pepper)

15ml Pineapple Liqueur

1 Egg White or vegan alternative such as Foamee

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker.

Fill with ice, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Strain the mix into a Nick & Nora or coup glass.

Garnish with cracked Timut Pepper.
